This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version applies.
1. Data controller
Data controller details (company name, address and contact) will be added once registration is complete. During the closed beta, contact: contact.asenai@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Account data: user ID, email, session verification data and permissions.
- Conversation data: messages, model replies, conversation title and timestamps.
- File data: name, type and size of uploaded files, a SHA-256 hash, text extracted from the file and source cards.
- Usage data: number of requests, usage and cost estimates, error codes, rate limits and security events.
- Consent records: accepted versions of the terms, privacy notice and acceptable use policy, time of acceptance and a proof hash.
3. Purposes
Data is processed to run your account, show your chat history, analyse files, keep the service secure, prevent misuse, manage quotas and costs, fix errors and handle requests under the KVKK.
4. Not used for training
The default in the closed beta: conversations and files are not used to train the model or as training data unless you give separate, explicit consent. Limited operational logs may be kept for product security and debugging.
5. Retention and deletion
Conversations, files, usage records and account links are kept so the product works. When you request deletion or start account deletion, the related conversations, files, source excerpts and account links enter a secure deletion process. Records showing that deletion took place may be kept for a limited time.
6. Transfers and infrastructure
Stranza runs on server, database, file storage, monitoring and model-serving infrastructure. The providers used in the public version and any cross-border transfer requirements will be explained separately. Our goal is for Stranza to run entirely on servers in Türkiye.
7. Your rights
During the closed beta, send requests for access, correction, deletion, objection and other KVKK rights to contact.asenai@gmail.com. An official application channel will be announced before the public release.
8. Cookies and analytics
If any analytics or marketing tracking is turned on in Stranza beyond the required session and security mechanisms, it will be explained in the cookie policy.
