1. How to request
Send an email to contact.asenai@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Briefly saying which data you want deleted speeds things up. You can write in English or Turkish.
2. How long it takes
Your request is processed within a reasonable time after we verify your identity. During the beta this is done by hand.
3. What is deleted
- Your account details
- Your chat history
- Your contact and application records
- Your usage records
Some technical records that must be kept for security may be excluded for legal reasons. If so, we will tell you clearly.
4. Formal process
Once ASENAI's registration is complete, a fully KVKK-compliant process and form for deletion requests will be published on this page.
